Holiday Reheating Instructions
For the most part everything (except the Wellington) has been fully cooked and simply needs be made hot to enjoy.
Beef Wellington
Preheat your oven 375F
Transfer to baking sheet. Do NOT bake in foil pan.
Bake the Wellington approximately 30 minutes for medium rare. The pastry will be golden brown. Remove to cooling rack, cut a vent hole on one end of the Wellington to allow steam to escape and allow to rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Adjust cooking time if you prefer more doneness. The most accurate method to ensure correct doneness is use of a kitchen thermometer.
Times given here are approximate and will vary depending on your oven.
Roasted Pork Loin
Remove to covered baking dish and heat in 375F oven for 30-40 minutes.
À la Carte Sides
Preheat oven 350F
After suggested time test to be sure it has been heated to your desired level of hot. If it is not continue checking at ten minute intervals until you’re satisfied. We suggest reheating in the included pans.
