There is no more classic Italian-American dish than this braised rapini. A winter staple, this hearty green is braised down with red pepper flakes, garlic and lemon juice. Served in a ready to heat 2 1/4 lb. pan but you may want to eat it cold or make a sandwich like my Uncle Carm loved so much. Try this on our ciabatta or a crunchy baguette. Vegan friendly.
