Classic Italian Christmas bread studded with rum soaked raisins, candied orange peel and scented with lemon and vanilla. Panettone lives in a world all its own straddling the line between cake and bread. Perfect for a host gift or enjoy yourself. They keep extremely well so they are a perfect gift to ship for loved ones far and wide! Our process follows a very traditional Milanese style. It is naturally fermented and takes several days to produce the finished loaf. It is one of the most demanding breads any baker could attempt to produce.
